Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges (7)days from the day you received your item.
Please be sure that the hair extensions as not been tampered with, worn, damaged, and the warranty seal is still intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase of the item will be needed for any return or exchange.
Refunds
All returned hair extensions will be inspected and you will be notified when we receive your returned item. You will immediately be notified on the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of days it takes to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
All hair extensions that are returned for an exchange will be inspected and must be approved. You will immediately be notified when we receive your item. After approval, you will be contacted in regards to the item you would like to exchange it for. We will keep you up to date on the status of your exchange.
Opened, tampered, damaged, and worn hair extensions will not receive a refund or exchange.
